1. Sourced from trusted farms
Hand-picked directly from Bhanwarlal Jangid's farm in Kota — grown without chemical pesticides, sun-dried in the open field, and cleaned grain by grain.
2. Slow-roasted & stone-ground
Whole spices are slow-roasted on iron tawas to release their oils, then cold-ground in small batches on a stone chakki. Nothing is bleached, dyed or extended with fillers — the colour and aroma you see is the spice itself.
3. Hand-free, hygienic packaging
Packed in a sanitised, food-grade facility by machine — never touched by human hands. Each pack is nitrogen-flushed and heat-sealed within hours, so what you open tastes exactly as it did the moment it was made.
