Tender raw mangoes sourced from family orchards, picked at the right firmness and washed in spring water before they reach our kitchen.

2. Sun-cured the traditional way

Hand-cut raw mangoes are layered with rock salt, whole spices and cold-pressed mustard oil, then sun-cured in ceramic martbans for days until the masala soaks deep into every piece. No vinegar, no preservatives, no shortcuts.

3. Hand-free, hygienic packaging

Filled into sterilised glass jars in a food-grade facility — never touched by hand. Each jar is vacuum-sealed and tamper-locked so the aroma stays exactly as it was on day one.
