Hand-picked directly from Ramlal Saini's farm in Jaisalmer — grown without chemical pesticides, sun-dried in the open field, and cleaned grain by grain.
2. Cold-ground on stone chakki
Milled fresh on a traditional low-RPM stone chakki so the natural oils, aroma and nutrients stay locked in. No heat damage, no bleaching, no additives — just slow, honest grinding the way our grandmothers did it.
3. Hand-free, hygienic packaging
Packed in a sanitised, food-grade facility by machine — never touched by human hands. Each pack is nitrogen-flushed and heat-sealed within hours, so what you open tastes exactly as it did the moment it was made.
